Do you sell frames?
We do not offer framing services at this time. All our prints are sold without frames. However, we do work with a local professional framer that has been in business for over 20 years that can frame your prints. Framing prices are approximately $100 for an 8x10, $125 for an 11x14, $200 for a 16x20, $225 for a 20x24, and $275 for a 20x30. We can provide contact information so you can receive a price quote and time estimate directly from the framer. Framed prints must be picked up directly from the framer in Madison.
Can any of your images be printed in black and white?
Yes, all of our images can be printed in black and white. If you would like a preview of what the print would look like, contact us.
Can I stop by your gallery to purchase a print that is already made?
We don't carry an inventory of prints available for purchase. All our prints are custom made per order.
To save time, can I pick up my order at your location?
All orders are shipped directly from the lab to the customer. Having the print shipped to our location does not save any time.
I'd like to purchase 10 or more prints. Can I get a special price?
Yes, we will provide custom price quotes on orders of 10 or more prints. Email us the image ID's and desired sizes and we will quote a package price.
My organization is tax exempt but your website is adding sales tax to the price quote. How do I receive a quote without sales tax?
When you enter your city name, add the word 'exempt' followed by your tax exempt id number. For example, 'Madison (exempt 12345)'. Tax will be removed from the quote.
